The process

How much does a Professional Organiser cost and how does it work?

Once you get in touch we will arrange either a home visit or video call to discuss how I can help you. We will look at your space and your aspirations for it. After that, we will begin the process of decluttering items that don't belong there or are no longer useful. All decisions will be made by you, and I will be there to provide guidance and support. No items will be removed without your consent.

Once we have decluttered, I will help you to organise the space so that it flows correctly and everything has a place of its own. I can, if required, remove items to be donated to charity (up to a car load each session).

I don't recommend buying new storage before this process begins but if you wish to buy new storage at the end I can make recommendations for something suitable.

Decluttering and organising

My general decluttering service is available to help you get on top of your home or business. Whether you need help with a kitchen cupboard (we all have that drawer of doom!), your wardrobe, a whole room or the whole house. If there is an area you are struggling with why not book a (no obligation) free consultation with me, this is done by phone or video call and takes no longer than 30 minutes. Alternatively send me a message or call me and I will get back to you.

Paperwork and work spaces

Paperwork can easily pile up and become out of control and with so many of us working from home or running a small business from home this area can easily overwhelm. I can help you take back control of your paperwork mountain. Maybe your home needs a dedicated 'office' area or business space, I can help you create that too. Book a free consultation if you would like to chat more and find out how I can help you climb the paperwork mountain and set up filing systems to keep it organised in the future

Virtual services

If you don't live in the Chorley and Lancashire area or prefer to meet via video call, I also offer a virtual organising service. We can connect via Zoom or FaceTime to declutter and organise your space. I can tackle all of the same tasks virtually as I can in person.

Downsizing or moving home

If you or a loved one are downsizing, it can be a stressful time, especially if it is due to a bereavement. Using a professional organiser can help alleviate a lot of the stress involved with this process. I have experienced this process and know just how difficult a time this can be. I can help declutter items throughout the home and remove up to a car load of items to donate to charity per session. I can also help advise on where best to sell more valuable items.

Similarly if you are moving house I can help you declutter before packing so that you only pack what is required. I can even help you  pack or unpack your belongings make the journey stress free.
